I've been doing quite a bit of tech stuff, and almost completely forgot about a simple site I put up for these Kefalos Apartments.  Given the current global economic problems and particularly Greece's, I figured that a little extra traffic to their site might be helpful.  If anyone can share the link around to the website on their blog or website it would be greatly appreciated.

Windfreak

I'm still putting as much time as I can into the android wind forecast app I made .  Hoping to improve it as much as I can, and maybe even transfer it to iOS (when I get the time).  Windfreak is doing well and all of it's users have been of great help by contributing their own spots and suggesting ideas and bug reports.  Lets hope for some more wind and maybe even some waves. Rhossy looked good for the recent BWA event, gutted I couldn't make it.

After University I decided to make a wind conditions forecasting app for android. To begin with this seemed like it would be relatively straight forward, but it became apparent that configuring it to understand time zones and other issues would hold me back. After several months of evening work I've finally managed to publish the app on android market, and I'm keen for some windsurfing again. After making the app, I'm happy to share any code with people that are interested in that kind of thing, it has some features that I'm pretty proud of, and I'm going to work on improving it over the coming months
